The pulmonaria is waking up!

This is my version of time-lapse photography.  I took a picture of the same flower every two days.  I love how the pink flowers are turning purple.  Several more buds are on this plant too.  Not too bad for this time of year.

I can't see any of my plants as they're all still buried under several inches of snow!

  10. Beautiful photos Catherine. I hope their awakening is a sign of spring! I'm afraid to pull the mulch away from any of my plants yet ~ I think it's just a touch to early even tho our snow is melted (for now). Have a great weekend.

Melanthia - I'm so happy that things are changing. New growth on lots of things finally!

Kathleen - It does seem early. I think they get pretty good protection where they are, maybe that's why they bloomed early. Hope things warm up for you!

  20. Shady Gardedner - I think it might be Roy Davidson If I remember correctly. There is another type in the front, but it's nowhere near flowers, just foliage. I bet you'll be happy to see your new one!
