Who knew...

Well, it's a good thing I didn't take up blogging this spring or my garden would be very neglected!!
I have found so many inspirational garden blogs now that I have started this new adventure. Blotanical is a great place to find gorgeous blogs from around the world.  I highly recommend visiting!
My best garden friend and I went to the local nursery today and wandered around looking at indoor plants.  It was far too rainy to go outside with my 2 year old daughter that was with us.  She loved looking at all the pretty African Violets, and even chose a pretty magenta one to buy!
I also saw that the Northwest Flower & Garden Show is coming soon!!  I really hope we can go this year!

  2. I'm looking forward to the Flower & Garden Show too! I was out of town last year, so this year I have to make up for what I missed...I might even have to attend more than one day. Oh my.

  3. I like your blog but it is hard for this "muscle" guy to comment on. I am trying to figure out what it;s asking for, lol. (Hey, I am positive it's just me).

I also found Blotanical to have astronomically cool blogs. You also look like you belong here. Welcome and keep it up!

  4. Eureka! Anyway..........more babies!!

From one Northwesterner (Portland) to another, welcome. (I saw your comment and it so mirrored my own findings when I discovered Blotanical, I had to say something. Turns out, I already like your style.)

  5. Hey, if we end up meeting on the 7th, maybe we can all talk about the garden show and see if people are going the same day, organize something for there if people want to. I went for a few years but haven't been recently. It can be overwhelming, especially downstairs. I love the upstairs, which tends to be quieter and more sociable - little booths from specialty places and non-profits, offering info and advice more than stuff for sale. I also have been to some amazing lectures there, worth getting a schedule in advance and maybe even picking the day you go just for that, who you want to hear talk. Anyway, fun times!

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and leave a comment. I try my very best to answer any questions you may have, but usually don't have time to respond to each comment. Please leave a link to your blog so I can visit you in return.
