LOL Well, it's Wednesday afternoon and I still have big slabs of ice on the pond. They're underneath the water though so that's good. Isn't it nice to be back to our dreary cold rain and getting dark at 3:30? Ah, the winter joys of Northwest living. LOL
Catherine I have so much to learn from you about gardening. I hope we don't lose much if any.
A couple of weeks ago when the sun was shining I walked around the yard and the bulbs I planted were peeking through. I'm wondering if this is a bad thing because then we had the bad freezes. I wonder because I've always heard concern about the daffodils that start showing and then we have a late freeze before spring and people say you can lose them that way. Hmmmmm better try and look that up although there isn't anything I can do about it!RainGardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14071017261791897927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6960442494452732795.post-8450064489452834822009-12-15T14:02:19.492-08:002009-12-15T14:02:19.492-08:00Hi Catherine, glad to hear your freezing temps are...Hi Catherine, glad to hear your freezing temps are gone.
